I Albert, aged about 42 years S\/o Roshan a resident of Awangjiri, P.O. & P. S. Nambol, Imphal West District, Manipur take a sum of Rs 1,00,000\/-(Rupees one lakh) from Sarat of Nambol, P.O. & \u00a0 P. S. Nambol, Bishnupur District, Manipur with interest at the rate of 4% \u00a0per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I promise that I will pay the interest i.e. 4% of said amount of Rs 1,00,000\/-(Rupees one lakh) on the\u00a025th<\/sup> of every English Calendar month without fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also promise that I will pay the principal amount of Rs 1,00,000\/-(Rupees one lakh) to Sarat on or before September 2020 or as and when he demands failing which I have no objection to taking up any legal proceedings against me or forfeit any property equivalent with the said amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
