          With due respect, I the undersigned, Account holder of your Bank, have the honor to submit the few lines for perusal and kind necessary action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That, my name recorded in the Bank of Baroda account is found mistake, and now I would like to correct the said account bearing number 123456789123. It was recorded as YXZ in my bank account and it should be changed into XYZ which is the correct name to be recorded in my said account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have also enclosed the relevant documents along with my application. Being an account holder of Bank of Baroda do hereby request you to kindly make correction in my said account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
